I attended December Recovery Camp in Yarramundi. It truly was one of the most valuable experiences of my life, both personally and professionally. A big thank you to the entire Recovery Camp team for all your work in running these camps and enabling student placements. For me, this placement experience has had a profound impact on my own bias and stereotypes by challenging them, and has also made me reconsider the direction of my nursing career path as I am now seriously considering mental health nursing. Thank you all again for such a valuable experience!
