Mental Health Through
Therapeutic Recreation.

We do mental health differently.

Recovery Camp provides a transformative approach to supporting mental health with our structured Therapeutic Recreation Intervention. Developed by mental health specialists at the University of Wollongong, the program is for individuals with lived experience of mental illness, psychosocial disabilities, and psychological injuries. For more than a decade evidence and testimonies demonstrate how the program empowers individuals to achieve personal recovery goals and promotes psychosocial rehabilitation.

Feel supported, inspired, and empowered.

Be part of a Therapeutic Recreation Intervention that makes a difference.

Who can attend?

Our program is open to individuals accessing the NDIS, people with workplace and psychological injuries, and self-funded participants.

If you want to build confidence and enhance your physical, mental, and social well-being, join us on a Therapeutic Recreation Intervention.

Please note: The program is a Therapeutic Recreation Intervention, not a fitness or leisure camp, retreat, or vacation experience.

Impact

Research shows that Therapeutic Recreation has a profound impact on those who attend!

The intervention is award-winning and evidence-based, with over a decade of university driven research demonstrating its impact.
