Our Programs

We offer a wide range of programs that focus on building strengths, skills, and connections. Our programs can be allocated to Core or Capacity Building NDIS budgets, and they are designed to help you live your best life.

Indoor Skydiving

Dive into the thrilling realm of indoor skydiving at the cutting-edge iFLY facility in Penrith, Sydney’s western region.

Experience the joy of 10-pin Bowling with Recovery Camp! It’s the perfect way to stay connected while enjoying the camaraderie of a shared and memorable experience.

Garden Tour Mt Annan

Immerse yourself in nature at Mount Annan. Join a knowledgeable guide for a stroll through tropical rainforests and marvel at the beauty of Australia’s spectacular flora.

Art Class – Ceramics

Join us at Black Duck Studio to explore the art of pottery and ceramics, covering topics such as clay types, hand-building techniques, wheel throwing, glazing, and firing.

Experience a day in Sydney with sightseeing, lunch, and meaningful conversations. Explore iconic landmarks and create lasting memories.

Thursday, July 11th

RC Academy

Join RC Academy, a 3-week online course based on Self-Determination Theory, empowering your recovery journey! Explore goal setting, journaling, self-nurturing, relatedness, control, and competence. Sessions by a specialist Mental Health Nurse (RN). Accessible via Microsoft Teams with course materials, evaluation, check-ins, a study pack, and a certificate.

Our NSW camps are held at the Y Camp Yarramundi facility which is located in the beautiful Hawkesbury Valley, the Y brings expertise in outdoor education and programming to the Recovery Camp experience. Tailored and personalised experiences are provided and there is a strong focus on welcoming everybody through a culture that truly embraces diversity and inclusion.

Recovery Camp

Recovery Camp has been a transformative force in the mental health landscape over the past decade. Celebrating our 40th camp in 2023, this milestone reflects our premier program’s enduring success and sustained impact.

We are driven to broaden our reach and impact, to improve mental health and mental health education, nationally.
